REFUND POLICY

We understand that sometimes things go wrong with your order and this can be frustrating. We take your trust and business very seriously which is why we have a fair return & exchange policy, with an easy-to-use Return Center for you to take advantage of.

 

Return Center

All exchanges and returns are handled by our Return Center. If you have purchased an item from us and you would like to return it or exchange it, simply file your return request with our Return Center HEREYou do not need to email customer service to file a request.

In order for our stock management to continue to run smoothly we ask that you give us notice of your intention to return your item within 21 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, if your request is made outside of this window you will be ineligible for any return or store credit.

 

Exchanges & Returns

If your item does not fit, or should you wish to exchange your item for something different, you are entitled to a store credit to replace the item. Fill out your request with our Return Center for "exchange" or "return to store credit." Upon approval, we ask that you return the item us at.

If you provide us with a receipt for standard shipping, we will include the cost spent on shipping in the store credit amount that you receive. Please include your name and order in your returned package. Sizing issues are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY.

 

Cancellations

We provide a 24 hour cancellation policy as orders are immediately put into processing and sent out for shipping. Please ensure that you are ready to purchase before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order and are within a 24 hour window from your time of placement, please open a request with our Return Center.

 

Refunds

If you have received a faulty or defected item, please file a request with our Return Center and include photos and an explanation describing the issue. Damaged/defective items are eligible for refunds to original method of payment.

 

Additional Assistance

If you are missing an item from your order, or it appears the wrong item was received, we will promptly have the correct item reshipped at no cost to you! If you are having an issue with a discount code, we can fix it! Kindly reach out to our Help Desk at support@woofchewy.com and one of our Customer Service Specialists will assist you with any issue you may be experiencing. Please include your name, order number, and all pertinent details to help us assist you better!

We do not return or exchange sale items, bathing suits, or underwear under any circumstance. Your items must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

If you experience an issue, we ask that you are patient and respectful with our staff so that we can focus on what matters most - its resolution! We reserve the right to disregard abusive language in any form, as we proudly enforce a safe work environment for our team.
